Happening during the week

Blue Ocean Discovery Center is open every day from 10 am to 6 pm starting Saturday, June 3rd.

Do your own beach cleanup! Use our Digital Beach Cleanup Guide to clean the beach on your own to give back to marine life and protect them from the dangers of litter. Use the guide to learn about how you can submit your cleanup findings to contribute to cleanup community science!

We will also host private beach cleanups for schools and companies that want to hit the beach together during the week. Watch our social media channels to see how much debris they find!

Thank you to Kennebunk Savings Bank for sponsoring World Ocean Week 2023.
