Welcome to the start of Blue Ocean Society’s theme weeks!
Each week will be dedicated to a different ocean-related theme. Each weekly theme is designed to teach you about a different subject related to the marine environment, be it marine debris or tide pool creatures. We will also provide activities and games that will complement the theme and provide an excuse to get outside, explore, and have fun!
This week’s theme is Marine Debris. We will be learning about what marine debris is, it’s effect on the marine environment and the animals that live there, and what you can do to help! Each Tuesday and Thursday we will add various activities to this page so check back through the week to see the updates.
